Be Patient And Wait On God

In life sometimes being impatient robs us of our joy, happiness, inner peace, and even may cause us to lose sleep worrying about the things we desire to have right now. We try to figure out why things are not happening fast enough in our lives. However, we often come to the conclusion it is not in our time but in God’s time. It is important to be patient and wait on God for his perfect timing and things will come together in the right season. “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.” Ecclesiastes 3:1

God wants us to wait on him in his time and season for our blessings to manifest and take place. It is not for us to make things happen when we want them but to apply patience and prayer to give us peace during our waiting period. Another thing is to evaluate why things are being delayed and not happening in certain seasons. Blessings can delayed because of bitterness, resentment, and unforgiveness to name a few things. Go into prayer and ask God to show you what needs to be changed within you personally. God will give us strength to endure the wait while continuing to praise him for all our other blessings in life.

“I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.
Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD.” Psalm 27:13-14
Many people in the Bible had to endure a wait before their blessings happened in God’s appointed time. For example, Sarah had a baby in her old age when people thought she would not be able to get pregnant. “Sarah became pregnant and bore a son to Abraham in his old age, at the very time God had promised him.” (Genesis 21:2)
We must cry out before God and pray fervently when it seems our blessings are being delayed. Go into prayer and fasting, apply our faith while continuing to trust God through it all. Hannah continued to rejoice even in her wait on the Lord and prayed to him with confidence.
Then Hannah prayed and said: “My heart rejoices in the LORD; in the LORD my horn is lifted high. My mouth boasts over my enemies, for I delight in your deliverance”
(1 Samuel 2:1).
Sarah and Hannah faced having to persevere by not giving up during their waiting period. They remained faithful and prayed to God even though they had to wait a long time for their breakthroughs to be blessed with a child. We have to wait with confidence and endure with patience knowing that God will answer our prayers in his perfect timing and in the right season.
God Bless You.

Ask God For Strength Even In The Most Difficult Times In Life

Ask God for strength even when life doesn’t seem fair. In the most difficult times seek God in prayer to bring you through your deepest storm.  Sometimes we are overwhelmed by present situations that are not in our control. God is in control of everything pertaining to our lives. In those very moments, we have to be still and leave it all to our Heavenly Father. In Psalm 46:10, it says ” “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.

We have to make a conscious decision to leave our fears and worries in God’s hands not allowing doubt to enter our minds. In your prayer time talk to God and tell him all of your troubles trusting that he will take care of all things concerning you. The Lord hears us when we cry out to him while he turn things around in a great way. “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.” Psalm 34:17

God will give you strength through the lost of a loved one, financial struggles, health problems,  marital issues or whatever the circumstances you are experiencing in your life. Spending time in his presence daily will provide us with the strength we need to survive and eventually tell our testimony in the right season.  Hope and strength comes along with fervent prayers and by our faith he will supply all our needs.

“But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:31

And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19

So remember it is not easy during the most difficult times but it is important to stay in prayer asking God to give you strength.
